Up for Review: Samsung PN50C430 Plasma TV. Samsung released PN50C430 as a part of its 50” Class 430 Series and as a model built under 720p Plasma HDTV. This model provides high quality picture, video and sound along with a number of advanced features which make the device usable for multiple purposes.
The model provides high quality audio by supporting SRS TruSurround HD, an advanced audio enhancement technology for TVs. Also this technology creates 3D sound effect without using any additional speakers. There are also built in bottom speakers included in the model which enables the TV in enhancing the bass by down firing with directing the low-end towards the ground. Also 2 audio channels of 10 watt each is attached to the device which makes the model provide high quality audio.
The Samsung PN50C430 also provides high quality video and images along with the high quality sound. The TV uses an ultra clear panel to absorb the light available in the room from both natural and mechanical sources to reduce reflections. By reducing reflections the panel deepens the blacks and enhances the contrast to provide vibrant colors. The model also uses mega dynamic contrast ratio to provide crisper images with sharper details and make the viewer feel like the scenes popping off the screen.
The plasma HDTV model further uses 600Hz subfield motion technology which flashes a single image up to 600 times per second to create plasma TV like high picture quality. This technology makes the scrolling texts sharper and the images crisper irrespective of their high speed of movement. Light sensors are included in the model to measure the intensity of the light available in the room and accordingly adjusts the screen brightness automatically.
